You can cancel the purchase of the device or the product for a FULL refund prior it has been shipped

Once the device is shipped you can return only UNDAMAGED, UNUSED, UNOPENED device in it's original packaging shipped within 7 days of receiving
The restock fee of $100 will apply

If you want to exchange the device for a different product, you will need to send unused undamaged product in its original packaging back to WellnessID store

Once examined and confirmed it's brand new we will send the new device of your choice and the additional shipping cost and the price difference will need to be paid by the buyer
You can exchange the products for the same or higher price only within 7 days of receiving the devices

Canceling a consultation withing 3-7 days prior to consultation will result in 20% of the cost of the consultation compensation
